Arrival and departure
Rooms are available from 3 pm on arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to please leave your rooms by 11 pm They may be available to you beyond this time for a surcharge.

If you book directly via our homepage you will receive a 5% discount.

Clothing recommendations
Sporty and elegant. On particularly festive occasions, such as Christmas and New Year’s Eve, evening wear is a great choice. For excursions and hikes, we recommend practical and comfortable clothing suitable for the weather as well as sturdy shoes.
Family Special
For bookings of 4 nights or more with one or two adults, up to two children up to 10 years of age can stay free of charge in the feel-good double room of the parent(s).

Cancellation protection – Hotelstorno Plus
In order to avoid unnecessary cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out a travel insurance policy with Europäischen Reiseversicherung
When completing your booking via our homepage, you will be offered an option to take out a policy.
General cancellation policy
Depending on the booking period, you can cancel your room reservation free of charge up to two, seven, fourteen or sixty days before the day of arrival. In case of a short-term cancellation, up to 100% of the confirmed price will be charged. This also applies in the event of early departure. A cancellation request should be made in writing.
