The Gastein Valley is part of the Sportwelt Amadé and provides skiing and snowboarding fun at its best, with over 220 km of well-maintained slopes. With a length of 11km and 1,440m altitude difference, the Gastein Valley Ski Region has among other things, one of the longest descents in the Eastern Alps. Public transport provides you with easy access to all ski areas of the Gastein Valley (free with a valid ski pass).
