Yoga for beginners

Immerse yourself in a time of relaxation and wellbeing, with an insight into the world of Yoga, at the “Yoga spring Gastein” in the EUROPÄISCHER HOF Aktivhotel & Spa. Yoga activates mind, body and soul, helping you to new life energy. It is a very special feeling practicing Yoga here in the Gastein Mountains. In addition to the yoga classes in the hotel, there are also numerous sessions in the great outdoors.

You are also welcome to book the public yoga sessions per person (a yoga session costs EUR 18.00 / 60 min) or one of the many workshops. We would be happy to inform you about the extensive program and reserve your place for you.
